As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Traumatic Stress Therapy Services is dedicated to providing highly specialized trauma treatment—totally free of charge—to public servants whose traumatic work experiences have led to negative, life-altering PTSD symptoms.

This process ensures that patients can access treatment in total privacy, without the interference of an employer, insurer, or other entity.
